Mark your calendars! Next Sunday, April 30th is our Meet the Cudas day and the deadline to get all personalized cap orders in! Meet the Cudas will be held at the Spindletop mansion from 2:00-4:00pm, immediately following Sunday brunch. 

During our Meet the Cudas day, we will have our coaching staff available for questions. This is a great opportunity for anyone interred in joining the team but wanting more information, so be sure to tell your friends they’re welcome to come! Swimville will also be present with team suits to try on for sizing, as well as other merchandise for sale. We will also be holding a New Parent Training Session. We ask that all new parents attend a New Parent Meeting to learn about the season, volunteer obligations, and how to perform each volunteer job. The next New Parent Meeting will be Saturday, May 27th. During these sessions, we will discuss our Parent Handbook which is a great resource for many frequently asked questions. I have attached it to this email as well. 

Personalized cap orders are also due next Sunday, April 30th. All swimmers will receive a latex swim cap as part of their registration fee; however, silicone caps personalized with your child’s name must be ordered separately. Each Personalized Cap order is a set of 2 caps with the same personalization. See the attached information about registering with Swimville.
