Hey Cuda Family!

We have our first meet tomorrow! There will not be another team competing against us, but this does count as a real meet. While this is a real meet and we need to try our best, it will also be more laid back and allow us to have some flexibility.

Divers who are legal to compete in meets include:

8 & unders: must do a front dive, plus at least one other dive (three is the max, but can fail one).

9-10: must do a front dive and back dive, plus at least one other dive (four is the max, but can fail one).

11 and older: must do a front dive and back dive, plus at least two other dives (five is the max, but can fail one).

If a diver meets these criteria and will be in the meet tomorrow but not able to be at practice today, then please email me their dive list (including the position of each dive) by 6pm today. [email protected]

Tomorrow’s theme is Cuda Spirit! Please wear anything fun and festive that is blue and/or yellow!!

Dive Times:

1:00pm: divers check-in with the coaches already in their suit and Cuda Spirit gear

1:20pm: Team Picture 

1:25pm: Stretch

1:30pm: Warmup 

2:00pm: Meet

We normally run both diving boards at the same time. We will do that if we have a large number of divers in attendance, and have enough table workers and judges.

Ribbons for all age groups 

We will have an easy training for all the table positions right before the meet tomorrow. Returning parents will be able to help our new parents learn these roles.
